• Do you offer repair services?
  Yes we do offer a comprehensive repair service in house, with a speedy turnaround
  
  
• Are you able to provide project planning assistance?
  Yes, we have an experienced team of project planners that can be reached in/out of hours
  
  
• What is the difference between Erasure and Degaussing?
  Erasure will ensure all information is removed and is irretrievable from the hard drive. Degaussing will also ensure all information is irretrievable; this will also render the hard-drive unusable.
  
  
• How can you ensure that my data has been erased?
  After each erasure an erasure report is produced detailing each erasure pass, if the erasure is successful or non-successful this will be indicated on the erasure report. If the Hard drive unsuccessful in the erasure then hard drive will enter the degaussing process and this will render the hard drive completely unusable.
  
  
• Do you offer a guarantee after disposal?
  After disposal we can provide you with a destruction certificate detailing, how, when & where your goods were disposed of.
  
  
• Is there a reduction in price for contract work?
  There is a significant price reduction for all contract work, if you require contract work please contact us and speak to a member of our accounts team.
  
  
• Are You A Recycling Company?
  No we are not a recycling company, but we do offer a high-quality IT recycling/destruction service.
  
  
• I see that you that you specialise in Legal, Telecoms & Finance industry sectors, do you provide services to clients that are not in those Industry sectors?
  We are not limited to any sector but those are the sectors that we have extensive knowledge in, but if you contact us and let us know your service requirements we should be able provide you with the service you require.
  
  
• What Percentage of Recycled IT equipment goes to landfill?
  We currently contribute 0% to landfill due to our effective recycling process and affiliated EOL recyclers
